Complete contract documents using existing templates, correspondence, report info, etc.
Follow up, Track, Organize, & Maintain documents (Subcontracts) Contract documents, insurance, invoices, logs, directories, etc.
Generating, reading, evaluating & using job reports Organizing & maintaining all paperwork files Some Basic Accounting Assist Project Team with Paperwork Flow, Distribution, & Deadlines as Directed by the Project Manager Keep Office Trailer Neat & Organized _________________________________________________ This position reports to and is supervised by the Operations, Sr or Project Manager at the jobsite.
Work hours are from 8:
00 to 5:
00 with a 1-hour lunch break.
Work location is on a construction site in a jobsite trailer located in Clermont FL.
