This position entails practicing medicine under physician supervision, conducting examinations and writing prescriptions, exercise autonomy in medical decision making and provide broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services in skilled nursing homes and outpatient facility.
Depending on experience salary starts part time $43 hr full time $85K.
Examine patients, assess health status Orders performs and interprets diagnostic tests Prescribes pain medications as indicated Administers trigger point and joint injections as indicated Consults with physicians as needed and refers to physicians for more complicated medical cases Monitors therapies and provides continuity of care.
Documents patients information and care in EMR Attends staff meeting Attends training sessions Performs other duties as assigned.
