Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
oEvaluating, making recommendations, co-managing, and treating patient's medical needs oParticipate with existing team providing care and coordination of our patients ensuring the highest level of care Any additional qualifications are not required however are favorable:
-Spanish Fluency We currently have two offices and are growing very rapidly.
We are looking for a full time Provider.
We are looking for someone that will grow with us.
