Essential Functions Oversees the flow of paperwork in the office.
Processes individual jobs.
Applies for permits as needed.
Distributes mail.
Receptionist duties.
Maintains office equipment and supplies.
Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.

Assists with overseeing clerical tasks Manages the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of office supplies and equipment.
