We maintain small caseloads for our BCBAs enabling our team to spend more time with each client and to provide sufficient supervision to our behavior technicians.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will perform assessments to determine the factors driving a client's behavior and work closely with the family to develop an intervention plan.
You will work at one of our clinics located in Lake Mary and Sanford with families and the assigned RBTs to implement the programs, train the team and caregivers, fine tune the program and promote generalization of the plan.

Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans Supervise and train Behavioral Technicians Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress Design positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals Train parents, caregivers and behavior therapist staff who implement plans with children on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) What We Offer:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Active BCBA certification Ability to be credentialed with all funders, including Medicaid Reliable transportation Valid forms of ID Proficient in MS Office Suite Professional communication skills Schedule:
