We are seeking for someone who has experience in supporting a CEO, takes pride in their work, is accountable, completes work with accuracy, has a sense of urgency, and can hit performance metrics.
This person must have experience in the real estate industry along with maintaining schedules, working with external and internal teams/vendors, communicating on behalf of the CEO with other leaders, and a high standard of communicating, reading, and writing.
We operate in a Mac Environment and have systems in place that will be required to be used which are Asana, Google Suites, Microsoft Office, Tableau, amongst others.
The person that will fill this role will collaborate with the CEO in several areas and be responsible for follow up and completion of the assignments.
We searching for someone who will take ownership of their projects allowing the CEO to focus on growing our company.
This person needs to be a driver and know how to apply constant gentle pressure to bring things to fruition.
They need to be responsible and accountable; we need some that will take things off of the CEO's plate, not add to it.
We have a great culture, we are biased, but our team constantly reminds us of how we are not like any other builder, that is why it will take a very specific individual to be part of our team.
