Part Time Property Maintenance
Sterling Event Venue Sterling Event Venue Clermont, FL Clermont, FL Part-time Part-time $18 an hour $18 an hour OBJECTIVE It is the responsibility of the landscaping personnel to ensure that the grounds and facility are in great working order for clients and for events.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, kind, hardworking, and willing to ask questions if they don't know something.
Knowledge of landscaping equipment preferred.
Prior landscaping experience necessary.
Core
Responsibilities:
mow, weedeat, and edge property on weekly basis Trim bushes and shrubs as needed Blow off property including parking lot, sidewalks, porches, and ceremony site Fix irrigation and run checks as needed Prune trees as needed Pick up trash as needed after events On event days make sure property is ready for guest arrival Other tasks may be assigned as needed must be available Saturday and Sunday morning 7am-11am Potential for more hours during the week to be discussed during interview process Job Type:
