FT & PT - Representatives For Call Center/Auditing/Data Entry Needed
Looking for dependable, long-term, customer service oriented candidates to answer multiple phone lines & complete data entry/auditing paperwork, etc.
Candidate must be able to multitask, have exceptional phone skills, be a fast learner & have the ability to think outside of the box. Will also require comfort with & having the ability to stay focused while working alone during their shift. Medical background is preferred, but not necessary.
This position will require constant customer service via telephone, text messaging, e-mail, etc. Candidate will receive phone calls from healthcare facilities and be expected to dispatch specific information accurately via a designated website. Once the information is dispatched they must monitor the system throughout their shift and ensure all protocols are being followed. There is a significant amount of memorization required for this position as well.

Part Time Position:
The hours for this PART-TIME position are EVERY weekend Saturday & Sunday from 7am-7pm. If you are unable to work every weekend, please do not apply for this position.
Full Time Position:
The hours for this FULL-TIME position are Monday through Friday 3pm-11pm.
Training will require weekday availability and will begin immediately.
Diploma/Drivers License required. Pre-employment Background/Drug testing performed.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
