Cleaner Needed for Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing Company
Part time to full time hours as needed.
Squeegee Squad based in Clermont FL is looking for a cleaner to join our growing squad. We are looking for clean cut, hardworking, self-motivated people, who carry positive attitudes and have a strong desire to provide great customer service. Applicants must have a clean driving record, reliable transportation, pass a background check and drug test. Applicant must be fluent in English and able to communicate with customers. Work is performed in Lake County, Polk County, Western Orange County, Western Osceola County and other areas as needed.

Safety Certification
Ariel lift experience and Certification
Fall Protection Certification
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
Abilities
Must be willing to follow the company's directives and be willing to work with owners, team members, and clients in a professional manner.
Must continue to enroll in education programs and stay updated in all company related education programs.
Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 150 pounds for short periods of time during the workday.
Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for periods of time during the workday.
Must be able to climb, stand and work from ladders up to any height.
Must be able to talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn and reason for all of the workday.
Must be able to sit and walk or otherwise move around for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday.
Must be able to clean windows effectively or quickly learn how to.
Must be able to use pressure washing equipment effectively or quickly learn how to.
Must be able to work different shifts as needed to accommodate customers. (Day or Night shift based on business needs.) Work is primarily performed Monday through Friday. (Weekends as needed based on business needs)
Work Environment
Work is performed primarily indoors and outdoors.
Work is performed near or with moving mechanical equipment.
Work will be performed on days when the outdoor temperature exceeds 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Skills
Basic computer skills.
Communication skills. (verbal and written)
Problem solving and multi-tasking skills, can adapt to a changing fast-paced environment.
Motivated and professional, with a positive attitude.
Technical expertise.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
